Counterfeit ballot boxes have been brought into Bungoma from Uganda. I have confirmed it's true, as as Webuyes east sub county returning officer Emmanuel Onyango said that the official was arrested after they received atip off from the residents of Maraka in Webuye Bungoma county. The two poll officers still on the run as the police are hunting them down.
