Here is why -
As to whether the incidents of pastoralists grazing on farms in the past were planned or not is still a question with no clear answer and this is why determining whether it is planned in the present state is still challenging. A few pastoralists in the area termed this as rumours that are circulated just to create unnecessary tension between the two communities who have in past years been supporters of different political factions.
