Here is why -
There was no evidence that showed IDs were bought by anyone. Azimio agent Githiga ward was speculated to be the one doing so but according to OCS Ng'arua police station, he was carrying his materials to distribute to other agents. The authority did assure the locals that the matter had been resolved.
