Here is why -
Kisumu residents are in a jubilant mood, youth are walking around blowing whistles urging residents to vote blue / Azimio. (The whistling is associated with Firimbi movement, a grouping within the Azimio coalition). The whistling maybe interpreted wrongly, especially by people who are new to the election period in Kisumu.
