Here is why -
This was a case of minor conflict over land. One community felt that the land belonged to them and had the right to cultivate while the other community felt that the land belonged to them and had the rights to graze on. There was verbal confrontations but no one engaged in fighting or chasing others as the village elders and the chief engaged both groups and solved the conflict amicably.
