Here is why -
Chaos erupted when some armed Somali youth surrounded a group of Pokomo men and women together with their headmen while they were allocating land for themselves. Each community claimed ownership of the land and after several hours of push and pull afew people were injured and in the process. The police intervened on time and the situation was calmed down.
