Three fishermen who had gone fishing were chased by herders. Two of them returned home but the whereabouts of the third fisherman is still unknown. This has caused a lot of tension in Chara.

Here is why -
The fishermen had gone to their normal fishing camp site when they were approached by young men carrying crude weapons. They had to run for their lives and one of them took a different direction but after a day he went back home. Their makeshift structure at the site was burned down by the attackers but no one was hurt.
