Supporters of Difao and Nyamongo's (MCA aspirants) fought due to the claim that Nyamongo's people are stealing votes at St Christopher, Mathare North. Later Difao's group was seen roaming around and this has led to tension building up in the area.

Here is why -
Reports from various sources differed on this, with some saying that there was no such incident while the Uchaguzi escalation team reported back that it was referred to police and the situation was resolved as the area was secured. It seems that there was likely a minor fight and ensuing tensions but the problem has passed.
