Here is why -
It was reported from several polling stations that the biometric Kits failed to capture finger prints and It delayed voting in some stations for example Didaade Primary polling station in Tana Delta ,the Kit failed at 4 pm on the material voting day and the problem was sorted out the following morning at 9am. The same was experienced in other stations like Ushindi Primary polling station.
