The proximity of Tana river, Lamu and Garissa to Somali and the porous borders have made it easy for Al shabaab and to infiltrate in this areas.The two arrested in Hola are believed to be part of a group that has been terrorizing locals and planning attacks in this counties. Several rounds of ammunition were in their possession at the time of arrest.
