Two vehicles were attacked by alleged al-Shabaab militia along the Garsen-Witu road the first vehicle a Probox ran over a landmine and later shot at where two people lost their lives while others on-board were rushed to Witu hospital. The other attack was on a Lorry that was shot at few meters from the area the first attack happened and one person was killed. Security forces tried to respond but it was late for them to capture the attackers.
