Here is why -
Yes, it is true there was a group of rowdy youths who were attacking people with machetes and pangas. This made the people to be afraid and threatened thus raising tension in blue bench mshomoroni, Magogoni. However, the police were informed and they took charge of the situation. Peace monitors from another NGO who were on the ground informed me.
