Here is why -
Around 7.00pm a night guard manning some premises spotted the young man who was armed with an AK 47 hiding behind a tree, later on several women confirmed the same after bi-passing him thinking he was a police officer only to realize he was not wearing any uniform but traditional men wrapper commonly used by Orma community. When the police were called hours later one saw the man who ran and suddenly disappeared within the buildings.
